I have long been a believer in living only. You don’t need the stuff to make you happy. You have to concentrate on the important points in mind like loving relationships, family time and your passions.

Here are 9 things you can do for Home Clearing:
1. Clear your wardrobe
- Take everything from your wardrobe and pile it on the bed. Produce 3 piles; things to move to charity to market or to the bin.
- Whatever you have not worn in the past 6 months goes straight to one of the piles. Work your way through every single item, asking yourself whether you really need it.
- The rest goes back to the apparel, sectioned off into each kind of clothes. Less option means less time spent considering what to wear.

2. Through away your old paperwork
- Here is something which you can do as an easy win. My advice would be to purchase a paper shredder. Adhere to the number of sheets it may take at the moment and don’t rush for too long at one session.
3. Least use of your Smartphone
- This is a major one! Smartphones are a massive part of everyday life. I’m a big fan.
- Go back to basics and purchase yourself a very simple phone. Try it to one month and find out how you proceed. Many things you’re using your smartphone for are time fillers.
- It is possible to read emails at home or on the job. You want to plan for banking and google maps, and most things you may live without. The smartphone is one part that can cause you some pain!
4. No sugar in your coffee
- Attempt your coffee without sugar and after about 3 times you begin to enjoy the actual java. Without the sugar craving, you drink less coffee.
5. Clear your countertop & desk
- A very clean kitchen countertop is an excellent way to walk in your kitchen in the afternoon. Put your toaster from the cabinet if it is not used every day. Eliminate trinkets and clear them up before heading to bed.
- I make sure to keep my desk clear at work if I can. Fewer distractions imply fewer items to think about.
6. Slow down and breath!
- Life is active. Make time to slow down, breath and smell the roses! Be conscious of your surroundings and enjoy the moment.
- Escape the office at work, go for a wander, see a book in a coffee shop for 20 mins. When things get together with you focus on your breath, this will concentrate your thoughts and calm you.
- Get into meditation, which will gain you no end.
7. Eat Less & eat Healthier!
- Eat a large breakfast, a small lunch and also a small dinner. If you are sitting in a desk all day then you are not burning much energy so that you don’t need to eat big meals.
8. No to plastic bags
- Use fewer plastic bags. Carry a couple of tote bags on your workout bag or automobile. Reducing waste and also helping the environment isn’t something to take into account.
9. Four-day work a week
- This is the way we should all be going. If you can enhance your 5th day of work from earning or savings then it may be accomplished.
- Think out of the box to switch up your workweek, life is for living.
